1. The administrator of personal data is Manufaktura s.c. Aneta Jewuła, Magdalena Kostur based in Kraków at os. Piastów 15/100 NIP 6762414074 REGON 121146069 (Seller).

The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data provided when placing an order on the website www.beetart.pl solely for the purpose of processing the placed order pursuant to art. 23 section 1 point 3) of the Personal Data Protection Act from 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

Personal data are provided voluntarily by the buyer, although failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude the Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this agreement. The data provided includes: name and surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

4. The recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers may be:

• a. In the case of a Customer who uses the delivery method by post or courier in the Online Store, the Administrator makes the Customer’s collected personal data available to the selected carrier or intermediary carrying out the shipment on behalf of the Administrator.
• b. In the case of a Customer who uses electronic or payment card payment in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the Customer’s collected personal data to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.

5. The Buyer has the right to view the content of the provided personal data and modify it, as well as request its deletion.

6. Deleting the buyer’s personal data requires sending an e-mail to beetartpoland@gmail.com. Buyers who have created an account on the Website may modify their personal data themselves.
